Ulster boss turns down bonus

Ulster Bank's chief executive is turning down his annual bonus after a computer meltdown that affected around half a million customers.

Many were left without access to their cash for more than two weeks.

An independent inquiry into the IT collapse has been promised and the bank's boss says he wants to ''re-earn his customers' trust.''

Jim Fitzpatrick report.
