Cesar Purisima on challenges to the Philippines investment climate

One Asian economy that has been performing relatively strongly is the Philippines. It expanded by 6.4% in the first quarter, well above forecasts, giving the Philippines a boost in its bid to attract more foreign investment.

The BBC's Sharanjit Leyl spoke to Philippines Finance Secretary Cesar Purisima and asked if the country's infrastructure problems which were highlighted recently by severe floods would put investors off.
