China mulls stimulus on weak economic data

China's industrial output grew its its weakest pace in more than three years and trade data out Monday is also expected to disappoint.

However, consumer prices rose, spurring speculation that China is about take further steps to boost the economy.

Last week, the government announced moves to stimulate growth through a raft of new spending projects.

The BBC's John Sudworth reports from Shanghai.
