Manufacturer credit 'costs lowering'

The costs and availability of credit for UK manufacturers has improved, according to the trade body the EEF.

Senior economist at the EEF Andrew Johnson told BBC News that although smaller and medium sized companies had seen new lines of borrowing come down in price, the outlook was still difficult for the sector.
