Virgin Megastore employees in France protest

Employees of France's Virgin Megastore have staged a demonstration outside its flagship Paris store, to voice their anger at the company's decision to file for bankruptcy.

The firm, which is no longer affiliated with Richard Branson's Virgin Group, has 25 stores in France that are in danger of closure, with the jobs of more than 1000 staff at risk.
