Government 'not counting on 4G auction money' - Duncan Smith
The government was not relying on receiving the full amount of the predicted £3.5bn windfall from the 4G licence auction, according to the work and pensions secretary.
Iain Duncan Smith told BBC News that the £2.34bn raised was welcome and dismissed the idea that there would be a shortfall in government funds.
