Labour: Deficit going the wrong way
Despite January's public finances showing a surplus of £11.4bn, the UK's deficit is still growing according to Labour's shadow treasury minister.
Chris Leslie told BBC news that new borrowing for the financial year to date was £1.5bn higher than at the same point a year earlier at £93.8bn, and was a result of a "failed economic policy".
