UK oil and gas decline 'reversed' - Vince Cable
The UK's oil and gas industry could see "record levels of investment" the business secretary has said.
Vince Cable told BBC News that new technology allowed greater extraction possibilities than previously thought.
He was speaking on the day that a consortium of oil companies, led by BP, announced a $500m (£330m) investment in the Clair oil field west of Shetland.
