Rivals battle for control of Dell
The struggle for control of PC-maker Dell has intensified in recent days, ahead of a shareholder vote on the firm's future on 18 July.
Michael Dell wants to buy back the company he founded as a student but faces strong opposition.
Investor Carl Icahn and Southeastern Asset Management - who own a combined 12% of Dell - oppose the buyout and have made an alternative offer.
