Serving up Caribbean Cuisine in Singapore
As part of our series on start-up businesses from around Asia, we spoke to restaurant owner Chris Morris in Singapore.
He is looking to cash-in on Singaporeans' well known love for food.
His restaurant LIME House is the first of its kind to offer a Caribbean menu in the city-state.
He told the BBC that Singapore is the just the "first stop" in his global plans.
