Rightmove predict 'autumn bounce' in house prices

The property website Rightmove has tripled its original estimate on house price rises, claiming that house prices will increase by 6% during 2013.

The original forecast made at the beginning of the year claimed that national asking prices would only rise by 2%.

Rightmove director Miles Shipside told BBC Radio 5 live's Wake Up to Money: "If you look at the big picture supply and demand imbalance stats you can see that we're heading for an autumn bounce."
