David Cameron wants 'proper choice' over European Union
David Cameron has told the business leaders' group, the CBI, that he wants to give people a "proper choice" over Europe and not just an in-out vote on the status quo.
The Confederation of British Industry have been holding their annual conference, and they argue that the benefits of EU membership outweigh the costs.
Labour is warning that the UK could "sleepwalk out of the EU".
