ITV 'has increased profits very healthily'
ITV has seen a rise in revenues across its channels, helped by a strong performance by its production arm.
The broadcaster's total revenue rose by 6% to £1.6bn in the nine months to the end of September, with advertising revenue up 1%.
Tim Westcott, Senior Media Analyst at IHS told BBC Radio 5 live's Wake Up to Money: "They've increased profits very healthily."
He added, "For a company which is going through a very turbulent time with online growing, with most free to air advertising supported channels... declining, we think they're going in the right way."
