Labour urges government to tackle 'excessive' RBS bonuses

Labour has urged the government to block "excessive" bonuses which could see Royal Bank of Scotland reward its bankers with double their annual salary.

Shadow treasury chief secretary Chris Leslie said the government needed to "step up to the plate" while Conservative MP Mark Garnier accused Mr Leslie of "living under a rock".
