More people rely on family for loans, charity finds
A third of people have relied on friends and family to help pay for fuel bills, a charity has found.
Research by Turn2us found that 36% of people had asked family and friends for financial help and 11% of employed people had turned to payday loans.
One man, Andrew, told BBC Radio 5 live's Victoria Derbyshire: "My wife, myself and my two children are homeless."
"We're constantly going to brothers and friends to see what help they can give but it's tough for them too. Every day is a battle."
