Lonmin boss 'wanted to make difference' after Marikana
The chief executive of Lonmin has been talking about why he took the job following the Marikana tragedy in which 34 striking miners were shot dead by police.
Ben Magara told the BBC's Lerato Mbele that he had "wanted to make a difference".
He also spoke about the ongoing strike action among miners: "Our hope is that this is going to be quicker, that we can find a solution earlier, so that we all do not lose."
