'None of my friends work in the field we studied'

As the latest employment figures are published, BBC News has visited a new Centre Parcs development in Bedfordshire where some 1,500 permanent jobs are being created.

Business reporter Steph McGovern heard from new employee Megan Welbourn who said none of her circle of university friends were working in the area they had studied.

Meanwhile, Paul Devoy from Investors in People, said millions of people had jobs they were overqualified for.
