Youth jobless: Budget must focus on training and tax beaks
The British Chambers of Commerce wants the chancellor George Osborne to address youth unemployment in the forthcoming budget.
There are currently almost 920,000 young unemployed people in the UK.
Chris Woodward, 23, from Liverpool has been unemployed for more than two years. He told the BBC that short-term contracts need to be looked at.
