Ford boss talks about returning to profitability

Ford chief operating officer Mark Fields has told BBC World how the car company aims to return to profitability in Europe following actions resulting in an annual saving of $450m - $500m.

Speaking from the Geneva Motor Show, Mr Fields also spoke about speculation that he was being lined up as the next boss and being seen as a 'Mr Nice Guy'.
