'Shrinkflation' - are companies shrinking our food items?
Consumers are starting to notice that although they are paying the same or more, some food items they buy are getting smaller.
If you have noticed that chocolate bars are getting smaller and there are fewer crisps in a crisp packet - it could be described as "shrinkflation".
Pippa Malmgren, policy expert and former advisor to President Bush, explained to the BBC's Tanya Beckett why this is happening to more of our food items.
