South Sudan economy in fragile state as famine looms

South Sudan, which recently celebrated three years as an independent country, is oil rich and fertile.

Yet its economy teeters on the edge of an abyss due to falling oil production, lack of investment, corruption and civil war.

As oil reserves dwindle, could agriculture come to the beleaguered country's rescue?
