RBS 'contingency for London move'

Royal Bank of Scotland and Lloyds banking Group have become the latest major financial institutions to draw up contingency plans to move offices to London in the event of a YES vote in the Scottish referendum.

With just one week until people in Scotland cast their votes, a new opinion poll has given the NO campaign a small lead.
