US independent bookshops fight back
Despite the growth of internet retailers, some independent bookshops in the US are seeing an increase in popularity.
With studies showing a rise in sales at some privately owned bookshops, many are thinking on their feet to attract more customers.
From selling clothing lines as well as books, to offering signed copies, or organising events such as author readings, some independent bookshops are thriving.
