India's infrastructure pledge faces opposition

India's World Economic Forum has just come to an end - and the big focus was how much difference the new Narendra Modi government has made to the country so far.

One of its pledges before coming to power was to make it easier to buy land needed for infrastructure.

That includes factories, roads and airports. But how does the government deliver on its promise when there's plenty of opposition?
