Low oil price 'damaging North Sea industry', says Brindex

Robin Allan, chairman of the independent explorers' association Brindex, has said it is "almost impossible to make money" with the oil price below $60 a barrel and there will be no new investments in the North Sea.

He told the BBC, oil companies and service providers are cutting staff and investment to save money.
