Nick Leeson: 'Banks still not punished enough'

Twenty years ago the British Merchant Bank Barings collapsed after Nick Leeson, a general manager in Singapore, made mammoth trading losses on futures markets of $1.4bn (£900m).

The rogue trader, who has since been immortalised in a book and a film, says little has changed in an industry's still giving generating one scandal after another.
