Morrisons boss admits supermarket customers 'voted with their feet'

The supermarket chain Morrisons recently published its worst profits in eight years, the chairman was sacked and sales continued to slide.

Now the chain has a new chairman, Andrew Higginson, who plans to implement a new strategy to reverse the fall in profits.
