Takeda appoints first foreign boss in over 200 years

Takeda is Asia's biggest pharmaceutical company that's been around for over 200 years.

For the first time, the Japanese company has appointed a foreign chief executive in the form of French national Christophe Weber

He took over the top job this week at the drug giant, which had only allowed Japanese board members until 2009.

The BBC's Leisha Chi asked Mr Weber how he felt about the promotion.
