UK inflation remains at zero for second month

Inflation remained at a record low of 0% in March, with cheaper clothing and footwear helping to maintain the rate for a second month, according to the Office for National Statistics.

The figure is the lowest rate of the Consumer Prices Index measure of inflation since estimates began in the late 1980s.
