Co-op chief: Group 'under-managed for a long time'

The chief executive of the Co-operative Group has blamed past mismanagement of the organisation for the problems it has faced.

Speaking to the BBC's Steph McGovern, Richard Pennycook said that the group had been "under-managed for a long time".

Mr Pennycook said every part of the business needs attention and they intend to sort things out.
