Budget 2015: Benefit freeze to hit workers 'hard'

Thirteen million families in the UK stand to lose £260 a year due a freeze in working age benefits, according to the Institute for Fiscal Studies.

Director of the IFS, Paul Johnson, says Chancellor George's Osborne's plans to change tax credits means people will be "significantly worse off."
