Helping Japan's young entrepreneurs

Serial start-up businessman William Saito is on a mission to make Japan more entrepreneurial.

Since selling his first company to Microsoft at the age of 33, William Saito has been on a mission to make Japan more entrepreneurial.

He says the culture of taboo surrounding business failure, and of respect for elders, means that young Japanese people with new business ideas find it difficult to take a risky step and put their ideas into action.
