Workers on Living Wage worse off as companies cut rewards

It is nearly one month since the National Living Wage came into effect - a new minimum wage of £7.20 an hour for everyone aged 25 and over.

It is a move designed to boost more than a million workers.

However it has led to some companies reforming their "pay and reward structures" to offset the cost of introducing the National Living Wage, leaving some workers worse off.
