Meet Smudge, the world's first dog to take digital contactless payments
What's thought to be the first dog to take money digitally, from contactless cards, is starting work.
Smudge, a five-year-old labrador from South London is collecting donations for the pet charity, Blue Cross.
Charities are trying to improve their fundraising methods, because they know millions of people now pay for things using contactless technology, rather than coins and notes.
The BBC's Simon Gompertz has been on the trail of the contactless canines.
