BHS: Union asks 'why options were not pursued'

Attempts to rescue BHS have failed and the company is to be wound down.

It is likely to mean the loss of 11,000 jobs and the closure of hundreds of stores on Britain's high streets.

John Hannett of the retail union Usdaw says there are "serious questions" to be answered.
