India's traditional taxis battle the ride-hailing apps

It's the end of the road for hundreds of Ola workers at its Taxi-For-Sure operation.

The India's biggest ride-hailing service bought the company almost 18 months ago to compete with its rival Uber, which is expanding rapidly in the country.

While tech start-ups fight for passengers online, what are traditional cab drivers to do? The answer is create a smartphone app of their own.
