Has Land Rover left a gap for a UK car company?

Britain might be about to get a new, home-grown car company. Jim Ratcliffe, who made his money with chemical company INEOS, thinks there's a gap in the market for a no nonsense, four-wheel-drive since Land Rover has stopped making the Defender. He's going to make one of his own.

Tom Crotty, a director at INEOS, tells Today they hope to create the jobs in the north as they are "committed to the UK manufacturing economy".
