'Shrinkflation' has been going on for past five years: ONS
Last year, Toblerone hit the headlines for shrinking the amount of chocolate in its bars while keeping prices the same - a process that became known as "shrinkflation".
But the Office for National Statistics says manufacturers have been doing this for the past five years, and it has affected thousands of items in the shops.
