Shell boss: Hurricane Harvey shut down refinery
Hurricane Harvey has "had a major impact" on employees near Houston, says chief executive Ben van Beurden.
Shell had to shut petrochemical operations nearby, including its refinery, and a deepwater operation in the Gulf of Mexico, he says.
Shell has its global headquarters for a number of businesses in Houston, which has been hit by extensive flooding.
