Many universities declaring themselves 'full'

Many universities are declaring themselves full this morning, as the scramble for places continues.

More than 400,000 students have now been accepted for September, but almost 200,000 more are seeking places through clearing.

Up to 5 students are now fighting for every remaining place, and the government says people who miss out should try again next year.
