Why are childcare workers viewed as 'low-skilled'?

Opinions surrounding childcare have been criticised in a new report.

Professor Cathy Nutbrown said, in research published by the government on Tuesday, that it is already seen as a "low-status, low-paid and low-skilled profession".

BBC Radio 5 liveMorning Reports got reaction from Claire Burgess, an education lecturer at Norland College, which trains nannies and childcare workers.
