Pupils write letter to arguing school-run parents
A group of young pupils have written a joint letter to their parents telling them to stop arguing about school car parking spaces.
The six and seven-year-olds at Hangleton Community Infant School in East Sussex said parents should either walk their children to school or set off earlier to avoid congestion.
Melanie Collins, senior teaching assistant at the school, said the school was proud of the youngsters and the local community had taken their message on board.
Six-year-old Lilith Cornthwaite, who helped write the letter, told BBC Radio 5 live's Drive: "It has got a bit better."
