Justine Greening: 'No return to the secondary modern'

An expansion of grammar schools would not lead to the return of secondary modern schools, says Education Secretary Justine Greening.

Ms Greening tells the Today programme that the opposition to grammar schools was "ideologically driven" and that the policy would help make sure every child has access to a good school place.
