General Election 2015: Week one of the campaign

This week the UK Parliament was dissolved, and all parties started campaigning ahead of a general election on 7 May.

Candidates laid out the promises of their parties in the media, took to the streets to convince voters, and met celebrities to get their message across.

The week culminated in a live debate between the leaders of the main seven parties.

BBC News rounds up the highlights from the first week of the campaign.
