Election 2015: Labour vows to boost house-building

Labour has unveiled plans to boost house-building in England, if it wins May's General Election.

The scheme would compel banks to invest money saved as part of the coalition's first-time buyer ISA in new building projects.

Opponents say the plan is "ill thought-through".
