Parties clash over Tory NHS funding promise
The Conservatives and Labour have put the NHS centre stage in their election campaigns.
David Cameron promised an extra £8bn, saying the money would come from a strong economy under a Conservative government.
Labour accused the Conservatives of "fantasy promises", and party leader Ed Miliband said: "You can't fund the NHS from an IOU".
