Scottish National Party manifesto vows end to austerity
SNP leader Nicola Sturgeon has promised to represent the interests of voters across the UK, if her party wins influence at Westminster.
Ms Sturgeon launched their election manifesto, pledging to fight for public spending increases and end cuts across Britain.
The party has experienced a surge in popularity following last year's independence referendum and is in a buoyant mood, as James Cook reports.
