Whig Party leader Waleed Ghani said the current UK immigration levels were "sensible" and the Conservatives should be proud.
The party claims Britain's original progressive party was back - and it was pro-EU, pro-immigration and pro-gender equality.
The original Whig party, which had 16 prime ministers, folded 150 years ago. But the modern party has four candidates standing in the 2015 general election.
