Stockton South MP candidates quizzed in BBC Hot Seat

Candidates vying to become the next MP for Stockton South have been given a grilling by members of the public in a BBC Hot Seat.

Louise Baldock from Labour, Liberal Democrat Drew Durning, UKIP's Ted Strike, and James Wharton for the Conservatives were quizzed on issues including immigration and pensions.

BBC Look North Political editor Richard Moss also heard from Jacqui Lovell of the Green Party, and Independents Against Social Injustice candidate Steve Walmsley.

The seat is hotly contested, as it was won by the Conservatives in 2010 with a majority of just 332.
