Election 2015: Birmingham candidates sing to win votes

Politicians in Birmingham have been trying to win votes with their singing voices.

Four candidates auditioned for singer Sasha Simone - from The Voice UK - who is undecided about how to vote.

Clair Braund, UKIP's parliamentary candidate for Birmingham Ladywood, sang Corona's '90s classic Rhythm Of The Night.

Steve McCabe, Labour's parliamentary candidate for Birmingham, Selly Oak, showed off his music skills, before launching into a impromptu rendition of Peggy Lee's He's A Tramp.

Green Party candidate Margaret Okole sang Times They Are A-Changing.

John Hemming, Lib Dem's parliamentary candidate for Birmingham, Yardley channelled his inner soul diva to sing Summertime - accompanying himself on the guitar.
